Went down to Paya Lebar,accompany my best friend,Shidah for her job interview.
Was still in my school uniform and Shidah was dressed to the nines.
Wow,she's the bomb.
Before that,I was waiting for her at Tiong while listening to Mystery Jets.
When she arrived,we boarded the train due to east and alight at Paya Lebar.
A 10 min walk from the train station to Joo Chiat complex.
Reach our destination around 4.33pm.
Inside Joo Chiat, we took the lift up to the 5th floor and looked for the respective door number as that was where her interview supposedly took place.
She knocked and we were greeted by a Chinese lady,with Shidah employer right behind the lady.
Didn't know that I could come along too until the Chinese lady invited me in.
We went in and were told to wait in this small circular room(damn nice,feels like home even though if its an office)while her employer,a Malay man(didn't catch his name)went off for a while to get the particulars that was needed to be filled in by Shidah.
After filling in the relevant information inside the particulars,her employer took it and examined it.
Then he started to feed Shidah with a bit of background about the job that she's doing,what was it about,what she knew about it,they went of outside the circular room for a while to see something(I didin't follow)and he said with confidence to Shidah that if she put her mind together and tries her best to put in effort in her job and if it pays off,she will succeed(he even directs it to me).He gave us a sort of a motivational speech,well that was inspiring to say the most.
So,the job interview turns out well.


That was easy.
