I have this tendency to over-exaggerate a certain situation and panic myself. But after a while, I laugh it off. I shouldn't be worrying myself too much. After all, YOLO! :)
Brief Introduction
- Nana
- I view cute kitty videos to pass time. I hate eating too much when I'm about to get full. I dreamed of being a superhero once when I was a kid. I love running a lot be it day or night, rain or shine. And I love my boyfriend who stays so far away ♡

Been Stuck Thinking
I have a burning question that really needs an answer to right now. It can wait a little, but knowing now is better than knowing later in my case.
I'm currently planning for my future (thinking of possibilities, new route in life, etc) and i'm struck with a possibility that could deter me from moving forward. Assuming that it could which I REALLY hope not.
My mind is in a doubtful state now but I do want to get rid of the problem soon.
Hopefully, the answer to the question is what I hope the answer would be.

Sleep Paralysis
I have encountered sleep paralysis for nearly twice or thrice when I sleep and it's scary. For those who are new to this term, sleep paralysis means that you're half-awake and you can't move your body at all. You can only see and hear from where you lay still.
It's scary because I will hallucinate and see visions of ghosts? I'm not too sure of what I saw but it's creeping me out till the point that I wanted to get out of that half-conscious state. I think I did hear weird noises? It's all happening in my head like I'm in a dream but I'm awake at the same time and can't do anything about it. It's frustrating to say the least. I realize that if I didn't do anything about it soon, the amount of time I spent in that unpleasant state will only extend. So I forced myself to disengage from that state by muttering "WAKE UP" many times. After a while, I managed to snap myself out of that dream and my body could move again.
The difficult part was mentally waking yourself up from that dream.
I believed sleep paralysis occurred because my mind wouldn't just stop thinking when my body was real calmed. And when it's not balance, that's when sleep paralysis happens. And I hate it when it happens.
As of lately, my sleep is peaceful, and I like to keep it that way.
