I have this tendency to over-exaggerate a certain situation and panic myself. But after a while, I laugh it off. I shouldn't be worrying myself too much. After all, YOLO! :)

- I view cute kitty videos to pass time. I hate eating too much when I'm about to get full. I dreamed of being a superhero once when I was a kid. I love running a lot be it day or night, rain or shine. And I love my boyfriend who stays so far away ♡

Pent-Up Feelings
Bottling feelings up inside oneself. Keeping it tightly lid, to prevent any emotions from leaking out. Surely one day, the bottle will be full and when that happens, it's time to bring the content out. Any further will lead to overflow or in a serious note, an explosion of a flurry of emotions. That huge spill or big leakage inadvertently make a person scream for help when they could no longer keep it to their self. There are many ways to deal with pent-up feelings. Be it jotting it down in the diary, blogging or vlogging online, telling your friends or family or whomever you feel comfortable to confide in, it's always important to let people know how you are doing because to them, you matter in their eyes. You may not know it, but some do care about you so don't hesitate to share your story with them. Let those suffocating feelings go, unburden yourself by sharing and you'll feel a change like no other. There are people who kept things to themselves but it's tough dealing things alone.
